In the Spring of 2022, the MPO worked with Wilson Medical Center, the City of Neodesha, and the Wilson County Active Transportation Board to install two demonstration projects in Neodesha. The goal of the projects is to improve the safety of crosswalks, and test pedestrian island and curb extension layouts.
