Title VI Compliant Procedure

As a component of the Title VI Program Guidance, the MPO has established a Title VI complaint procedure, which outlines a process for local disposition of Title VI complaints. If you believe that the MPO’s federally funded programs have discriminated your civil rights on the basis of race, color, or national origin you may file a written complaint with the MPO’s Tile VI Coordinator by following the procedure in the document below.
