The MPO is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to complete a Cost-Benefit Analysis that will study a series of proposed 2nd Connection routes between Manhattan and the Green Valley Area of Pottawatomie County.  The final documents will help inform and guide future conversations and plans, as well as help move the MPO region towards a long-term 2nd Connection solution.
