Safe Routes to School Plan

The MPO prepared a Safe Routes to School Plan for USD 475 in 2018. This fall the MPO will work with the City and School District to update the Plan.

A related project, the State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC) Project, will install a series of semi-permanent roadway improvements to increase safety for pedestrians and bicyclists. Each of these will be located near an elementary school. For more about this project, visit our STIC project page.
