Safe Routes to School Report
The link below opens the recently completed Safe Routes to School report created by the FHMPO. This plan allows the City of Johnson City and USD 452 eligible for KDOT TA grant funding.
Demonstration Projects
The MPO is working with the Stanton County Health Department , the City of Johnson City, USD 452, and the Stanton County Health Coalition to install two demonstration projects in Johnson City, KS. The goal of the projects is to improve the visibility & safety of crosswalks, and test pedestrian island and curb extension layouts.

This project is funded entirely (100%) by the KS Dept. of Health & Environment. All materials are owned & purchased by the Flint Hills MPO.
